This is a project I got to do as my final third year university project. This project began with my love for the 1986 Jim Henson film Labyrinth. I wanted to recreate this beautiful film into an immersive experience that all ages can enjoy and interact with, maintaining a fantasy but nostalgic view. 

Being inspired by my love of gothic fantasy, puppetry, nature and the original story I created what my experience would be and what it would look like.

From my designs I became most excited about making a costume for a male actor and trying tailoring.
